Terms of Service

1. The service

Wenodify is a browser-based product operated by Wekify LLC ("Wekify", "we", "us"). Studio is the in-browser workspace where you create idea maps and family trees locally and export them as files you control.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to content you create in Studio. We do not claim ownership of your maps, trees, labels, notes, or exports. Because Studio is local-first, your work stays on your device unless you choose to download or share it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Studio to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service
• Upload malicious files or content intended to harm others

4. No warranty

Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that exports will meet every downstream system requirement. You are responsible for backing up your work.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wekify LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Studio, including loss of data stored locally in your browser.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be noted on this page.
